The player abandoned the basepath. And another player was forced to the bag.You can say what you want to any player, you can even touch the player you just can't assist the player to the bag. Our first base coach did assist the player back to the bag but that player was already out. The umps overlooked nothing there.
Tucking your tail and running is a loser mentality... until you can prove this "corruption" it just sounds like excuses you tell yourself at night for why we are bad at the moment. We are in a bad spot because of coaching not because the SEC is scheming against us.Yes. Caring about corruption is a loser mentality. Hey guys, I know I beat you at poker with aces hidden up my sleeves, but you should just deal with it or you have a loser, participation trophy mindset
We are not bad at baseball. We lost because of a bogus call that went in Bama’s favor, while playing in Bama, and a play being reviewed by people sitting in an office in, you guessed it, bama. Shocked it went Bamas wayTucking your tail and running is a loser mentality... until you can prove this "corruption" it just sounds like excuses you tell yourself at night for why we are bad at the moment. Financial ramifications would be crippling. It's not a loser mentality to want to escape corruption. If it were just about losing, you'd have a point. But it's not. The SEC is corrupt. We want to get out from under the corruption. You only need look at the scheduling for the 2020 season to see the corruption, let alone the calls and favoritism that Bama especially receives. Get the SEC offices out of Birmingham and that would be a good start.
Any league is going to favor the best team, especially one that's a dynasty like them, but we still have an opportunity to beat them every single year. The ACC favors Clemson, so if we went over there it'd be the same $hit just in a lesser conference.I'm not a conspiracist. There is absolutely a Bama slant in this league. It's infuriating.
I'm talking about in every sport, not just football.Any league is going to favor the best team, especially one that's a dynasty like them, but we still have an opportunity to beat them every single year. Incidental all the way, was trying to cover his face, his are hit the fielders knee and his momentum did the rest, typical Alabama call by the SEC/Bama umps.If the fielder is in the field of play, you can absolutely make contact. I didn't see the play in question, but was it an obvious nut punch, or could it be argued as incidental contact?
They had an analyst on the broadcast yesterday. The player The coach touched was already out. The umps missed nothing. The player abandoned the basepath. And another player was forced to the bag.
The right call was made, it is just crazy the umps were able to hold their water right there, knowing they would have an opportunity to cheat a play later. Well done.
Go cheer for bama!I think that call gets made every single time, 10 out of 10 times, in college or in the pros.
Avoiding the fielder used to not be a thing. Hell, breaking up the play was what we were taught to do when I played. Then Chase Utley basically ended Ruben Tejada's career. Now, that isn't part of the game anymore.
If you contact the fielder outside the basepath, that's interference. MLB or college. Don't have to like it but we aren't playing by 2005's rules.
And you are blind as a ****** bat if you don't see how corrupt the SEC is...especially when it comes to Alabama.Tucking your tail and running is a loser mentality... until you can prove this "corruption" it just sounds like excuses you tell yourself at night for why we are bad at the moment. We are in a bad spot because of coaching not because the SEC is scheming against us.
