Also pixelate their porn. Savages!Japan doesn't have freedom of speech. The Japanese Diet is controlled by the gov and they can declare that virtually any public information was a “danger to state security” without having to define why, and to imprison whoever shared the information for 10 years

They so have a press problem
Japan accused of eroding press freedom by UN special rapporteur
The Japanese also abide by very strict social norms that restrict speaking out as a societal norm while we are supposed to celebrate speaking your mind. I'm not saying it's a bad thing but merely a cultural difference that exaggerates a lack of true freedom of speech as we know it.
Yeah except for the greedy free market CEO’s who ship jobs to China and Mexico for 1/10th of the cost of the American worker. So a government who actually fought for American citizens would be nice
You can’t? My monthly bills/expenses are totaled around $1500 a month. That’s 2400 a month plus 1500 thrown in every 6 months. I could easily live off of it. I mean good lord it’s 32,000 a year to do nothing
Wait, you mean I shouldn’t have dessert every night? You’re a meanie. My kids want dessert every night. They ask and they whine and they complain when they don't get it. If I gave them what they wanted so they would "like" me (like the politicians are prone to do) then their would likely be consequences down the road. Their health might suffer, they would enter adulthood thinking that they can get what they want if they bisch and moan loudly, and they would not learn the valuable lesson of delayed gratification. When parents and authority figures allow the younger generations to behave in this manner and reward them by giving them what they want alllllll the time then our society forgets how to earn things and just wants them handed to them. Hence the push for free healthcare for all, free college tuition, student load forgiveness, universal income, "affordable" housing, government created jobs, and the list goes on and on and on......
I can only imagine what comedians like Redd Fox and Richard Pryor would think about such constraints. In other words, you knew what he was talking about yet decided to take the an absolute literal approach for a perceived gotcha moment that happened to fail.
So.. Dishonest and not harsh. Thanks for confirming.
Chappelle didn't used to have worry about sponsorships being pulled from his show because comedy was just considered comedy and something audiences understood as light hearted.
In regards to all of this, I was once there man. I'm 33. Not some boomer. I get it. It's OK for a significant portion of the generation to share flaws. We all have them. The folly is when you try to fight every bit of criticism
I’d be happy for both but I really hope it’s Nate Oats.Though Brian Scalabrine is sort of just a running joke at times...he says Kara Lawson could be up for the Celtics opening. This would be so awesome.
Who Brian Scalabrine Believes Will Be Celtics' Next Head Coach
Would also be cool to see Candance up there too if that's what she aspires to. She's next level smart.
I bet--were finally hitting 100 in Tucson. If you have time, I recommend hitting up any kayaking service for the Horseshoe Bend Kayaking. Try to do it on a weekday. River Rock Roasters is a go to spot for breakfast and coffee.....sorry i should of asked if this is your first time. Enjoy your 10 days my friend! We are renting it for ten days. Very hot here!
That's a recipe for disaster. She has nowhere near enough experience to coach at the top level, nor does Candace. She could get there eventually, but she's a long way from that.Though Brian Scalabrine is sort of just a running joke at times...he says Kara Lawson could be up for the Celtics opening. It’s only changing for the reasons being discussed here. It’s kind of a self-licking ice cream cone. It doesn’t have to change. And it shouldn’t change simply for these reasons being discussed, I.e., because certain groups of people want the easy life (and pols are eager to give it because they want votes.) They don’t want to have to earn what they get.To be fair, what the federal government is "meant to do" is such a broad, ever-changing term that it's impossible to pin it down.
They would ship jobs out regardless of tax rates if there are capable people willing to do the job for less. Their job is to make their shareholders money. Pretty much every single person's retirement is dependent on CEOs running their companies in such a way that they make money, so share prices rise and retirement funds grow. They ship jobs out because the government taxes them through the roof so they find savings elsewhere. Labor is a huge expense for companies so if you can get it cheaper elsewhere then you offset your tax bill and make a profit. They aren't "evil". They are in business to make fracking money, not sing kumbaya.
Experience tends to be overrated, at least within business metaresearch. Its advantage is usually wiped out within 2-3 years and natural abilities take over. That's a recipe for disaster. Why the heck should people be given free education beyond the 12th grade? Evidence already shows a large number of college students take it for granted, waste people’s time, and don’t belong in college. The same is true of high school, excepting the belonging part.I'm 32, and I'm not trying to argue that our generation doesn't suffer from vanity, or hypocrisy, or downright ****** behavior. But asking for healthcare and education from the worlds richest govt isn't a negative. For some reason people in America think that these things have to be expensive. They don't. We could still, by a long way, spend the most money on our military AND fix one or more of these issues(healthcare needs to be the one, IMO).
Experience in coaching is not at all overrated. Pruitt, for instance. At low level business jobs, yes, experience is overrated. But applying super general research to very specific jobs is not good decision science.Experience tends to be overrated, at least within business metaresearch. There would no doubt be a learning curve, but she clearly impressed folks while an assistant with the Celtics for them to be even considering her. Not to mention Duke hired her as HC. People must see greatness in her to be scaling so quickly.
Wait, wait, wait. The ports got backed up because they weren't designed for this level of activity, and there aren't enough of them on the western coast. And took away people's constitutional right to provide for themselves? When?
Pruitt is a cherrypicked example. Plenty have looked at first time HCs (assistants) at big jobs vs hires with prior HC experience and there seems no difference. Dabo, Riley, Day, Smart are running 4 of the top 5 programs at the moment. Not meant to be a definitive sample, but a general example. The larger research supports it though, every HC has to become one at some point and it seems the greats have innate abilities regardless. Prior experience only helps them the first couple of years.Experience in coaching is not at all overrated. Pruitt, for instance. At low level business jobs, yes, experience is overrated.
