Kid number one coming tomorrow. Any fun fatherly advice from anyone in the thread?
Be good to yourself, be on a schedule, and let them cry! it's ok, God gave babies the crys. Baby Einstein is ok. It doesnt hurt. Nurse as (she) long as can. And, rotate to solid foods. Your life will be much easier.

It's during this period that you will discover have many poos a baby can make. And, what and how many undigested bits can make it into a diaper.

My oldest had just started to ween. She was seated jn her high chair once. It exploded so hard, it bounced off the floor (neon green), and back up to top of chair! That is explosive diarrhea!!

Is that implying he can't build that type of roster here as well?

You can see what he is building here...talented players. Crochet was a first round pick last year. UT can get great talent and compete in the SEC.

All that said, LSU is a different animal. Great history and access to a little more talent. But that doesn’t automatically mean you win in baseball.

like ive said, which means jack ****, its easier for him to win here. East is wide open. Great fan support, lower cost of living, no corn dogs, and an AD that is all in. Plus he about tah git paid. Very little pressure to win.

Only thing he needs. Listen up, this is crucial. Catbone, never, ever turn on a TN baseball game.
And someone get on the phone with Peyton and tell him to never come to any important games…. Of any UT sport because that man is cursed.

whatever he can do at lsu he can do here dont be silly

Oh, I agree that baseball is a game where many schools can win the big one. But objectively, there is a difference between UT and LSU. LSU has 18 appearances in the CWS and 6 titles. They have access to a little more talent. Just the way it is.

But TV can win big here, and I’ve always said that. I’ve been nervous the last few weeks, but we are keeping him.

Say we get Prunty, and with Beasley and Willis coming back and contributing to the defense, talent wise we should be able to win 7-8 regular season games, so lets see if ol Huep is going to be able to coach at the big levels this year

Any help we get on the D side of things is a huge plus. I am ok with the O side for this year.

LSU fans on twitter who were calling for Tony to be the hire are now saying they didn't mean it.

We were in our early 20s when we had our first. We got in the habit of holding her until she fell asleep and then putting her in the crib. She started waking up and we would hold her until she fell asleep again. Then it turned into us basically holding her all night so she would sleep. Every couple hours we would trade off holding her and getting a little sleep ourselves. It didn't help that she never got the hang of breastfeeding and so my wife would pump and I would feed the baby from a bottle. This went on for about 6 months and my boss at work telling me they were worried about how tired I looked all the time forced our hands. So one night we resolved that we were going to break her of this habit. We laid her in her crib and went to the living room and just sat on the couch and held hands. Two tired stupid kids who didn't know squat about babies. She cried for over 2 hours... nonstop. Every now and then one of our resolves would weaken and we would try to get up to go get her but the other one would reassure them that it was for the best. When she finally went to sleep we tip toed to our bed and passed out until she woke up needing to be changed and eat a few hours later. The next night it was about 1.5 hours of crying and each night was a little less and a little less. Finally she would go to sleep with little or no fuss at all. I look back on that and smile now but it was hell when we were in it. 😆

Serious question…. Have we ever won an SEC game with Peyton in attendance or any big Nationally Televised game with Peyton in attendance?
Problem is Peyton only comes to the biggest games and we've not really had that much talent to win those games. But, we have won games that Peytons been in attendance.

We battled Gerd, colic, billi levels, mastitis (she), shoulder dystocias, reflux, sleep regressions, all while my wife kept breast feeding. Woman needs a medal for bravery.

My youngest is 19 mos, i'm 43. 🤣 what's sleep?
