Be good to yourself, be on a schedule, and let them cry! it's ok, God gave babies the crys. Baby Einstein is ok. It doesnt hurt. Nurse as (she) long as can. And, rotate to solid foods. Your life will be much easier.

It's during this period that you will discover have many poos a baby can make. And, what and how many undigested bits can make it into a diaper.

My oldest had just started to ween. She was seated jn her high chair once. It exploded so hard, it bounced off the floor (neon green), and back up to top of chair! That is explosive diarrhea!!

Not sure whether to feel grossed out....or like I've been challenged....

We were in our early 20s when we had our first. We got in the habit of holding her until she fell asleep and then putting her in the crib. She started waking up and we would hold her until she fell asleep again. Then it turned into us basically holding her all night so she would sleep. Every couple hours we would trade off holding her and getting a little sleep ourselves. It didn't help that she never got the hang of breastfeeding and so my wife would pump and I would feed the baby from a bottle. This went on for about 6 months and my boss at work telling me they were worried about how tired I looked all the time forced our hands. So one night we resolved that we were going to break her of this habit. We laid her in her crib and went to the living room and just sat on the couch and held hands. Two tired stupid kids who didn't know squat about babies. She cried for over 2 hours... nonstop. Every now and then one of our resolves would weaken and we would try to get up to go get her but the other one would reassure them that it was for the best. When she finally went to sleep we tip toed to our bed and passed out until she woke up needing to be changed and eat a few hours later. The next night it was about 1.5 hours of crying and each night was a little less and a little less. Finally she would go to sleep with little or no fuss at all. I look back on that and smile now but it was hell when we were in it. 😆

almost exact same story here @Glitch

being a zombie tested everything we had but we were better for it

Love that girl

Your life, as you've known it, is over-----but the greatest gift, in the world, will make you a better person going forward. Enjoy the ride Bruce, it's gonna have plenty of bumps but also some of the greatest moments of your life. If it's a baby girl, you're gonna need to buy a gun because you'll probably need it in about 14, 15 years. When she starts dating, show the gun to her date and repeat this phrase---"I don't mind going back to prison". He'll know what you mean :):).
Congratulations my man---the greatest gift imaginable is coming into you and your wife's life.
Odd to see you giving yourself advice.

Planning on releasing old stuff probably later this year and maybe record a few new ones. Not really playing shows. We all are busy with actual adult stuff now. I'm just so far behind in school because of the 5 or so years I spent touring that I regret a lot of it because of that reason tbh lol. Like the memories are always there and we did some bad ass stuff but I have nothing really financially to show for it
You also never got laid because you were the bass player.

I have two big dogs--75lbs and 65lbs--and I wouldn't know what to do without them. They're just big ole kids to me and my wife. One male and one female, both fixed, and they do everything together. When we travel, we board them at the PetSmart Hotel and they stay in the same suite :):). Some people think that's crazy but as long as I can afford it, they will stay in style.

I have 4 dogs. A 20 lb terrier, a 70 lb black lab, a 80 lb chocolate lab, and a 120 lb Weimaraner. Food bill gets expensive but worth every penny. I’m a huge Dog guy

Its so hard to make it in the music industry. I know 10 people that have tried. One made it big, it does not last forever, luckily he gets some royalties tho. The others just do little gigs here and there to make some side money and just for fun.

I'd rather hang with a pack of dogs than a crowd of people.

Oh yeah it's wild. Gotta be at the right time at the right place. We were very close to a record deal a few times but it fell through. Still, we got to release a single on Atlantic records and toured the UK and US so that was pretty cool. Didn't make much money but also didn't lose any either

It's an incredible time for UT athletics right now (outside of football lol). Rick Barnes is on a recruiting tear, and the next few seasons will be at worst fun and at best potentially historic. Tony Vitello has built a titanic of a program on the diamond in just 4 short years with the actual "talent" still on its way to campus. We're winning natty's in Men's Doubles Tennis. Softball had an okay year. Lady Vol basketball seems to be on a solid trajectory as well.

Maybe the 2020's really will be the "Decade of the Vols". The good lord knows our fanbase deserves it after 2000-2020.

44. 5 kids. Youngest is 2.5. About to read to the four youngest before they go to bed. I love being a dad.

I love my family and wouldn't trade them for anything. I loved reading books to them at night. They still let me read to them from time to time. Except now we read novels. Lol
