From TN:

“ Tennessee was one of three Division I schools to reach the NCAA tournament in men's and women's basketball, men's and women's golf, men's and women's tennis, rowing, softball and baseball. Eleven Tennessee teams finished the season ranked in the top 25 nationally.”

And yet people think we’ll never be elite in football again. So we can be elite in literally every other sport, except the one that is king at UT? Yeah right. We’ll be back again.

Please tell me you all saw the group that put out the Top QBs today? Had Matt Corral, Myles Brennan, and Emory Jones as the Top 3 QBs in the SEC….if that’s true…gonna be a rooooough year for the league

Only thing that worries me is he averaged 6.8 ypc last year. Not sure how our LB speed would match up there sideline to sideline. Feels like that classic switchup UF qb we downplay...he stinks 90% of the game...then runs for a 70 yd td to win it 😅...have to laugh about it just to keep from crying...😪

The thing I think will be different about this year’s UF game is we should be able to move the ball/score points. Most UF games we pucker up and play ultra-conservative….don’t think that’s Heup’s nature.

Put pressure on THEM to score.

Tennessee Vol sports are a cash cow.. We have all been begging for a product to throw our monies at for many years. Danny White knows that.

They’re not accustomed to us even being competent offensively. Every season with Dobbs required them to mount comebacks to win and they lost one. And that was Dobbs unique individual brilliance…not him picking them apart via our well crafted scheme. It’s a different dynamic that doesn’t guarantee us a victory, but they also can’t bide their time waiting for us to set them up for the win. Never been impressed with Emory Jones. Poor man’s Kelly Bryant.

Catbone has been doing that for years and we have only had momentary successes. CL bishes about baseball for like 5 minutes and we go to the CWS and re-sign our coach to a long term deal for serious money. Need CL to step up the football complaints for sure.
