No clue, but I've never been a Franklin fan. I could probably get past the cockiness, but I couldn't get past the culture he fosters. You had the rapes he covered up at Vandy, then the hazing at Penn State. I just don't like the guy. I was so disappointed when I found out he was the "big fish" we were chasing.

I was pitching a major fit...I hate that sorry pos. I could not have supported that.

Would’ve been a home run hire and I don’t like the guy either. Not sure how it would’ve held up when the wins didn’t immediate measure up to the contract. This fanbase can be extra touchy on that front.

...the rest of me went online and bought tickets for my family and parents to go to the Nov 20 game against S. Alabama.

He’s got legit star power. He can recruit and scheme. That doesn’t guarantee success and long term fit, but his hire would have been acclaimed by everyone outside of the program…not a bully point necessarily.
