All these sports are played ever year. Just no one pays attention to swimming, ping pong or air rifle except for in the Olympics.

I really don't understand why so many are scared of Texas and Oklahoma. They've thrived in a conference where they are really considered the only strong teams. They've never had the grind of an SEC schedule. Honestly, I don't think they fair as well in the SEC as they have in the Big 12.
