Out of all the places you’ve experienced, where would settle down its you decided to?
Right now it would probably be Pheonix Arizona...you are within a day or day and a half drive of everything awesome in the west...but with the warm winters..but..

If I was younger and didn't have massive arthritis problems it would be either Bozeman or Butte Montana...or Grand Junction Colorado because of its proximity to both the Rockies and red rock country of western Colorado and Utah.

All three are really cool vibed small-mid sized towns with all the amenities and along with infinite spectacular natural resources close by.

Santa Fe is another great spot..

In the east...it's T-Bay all day every day..

Treading lightly...

I could potentially see an OU v UT rivalry game with a Cherokee reference. You'd just have to do it in a way that was acceptable to the tribe. Honor them at games, direct a portion of revenue from the game (or a fundraiser) to the tribe, etc.

Just wanted to send a shout out to all of VolNation and @Freak for creating this community. 🙏

I've been laid up all week with some health stuff and this board always lifts my spirits. I appreciate all of you characters here. I may not see eye to eye with everyone here on every topic, but I always appreciate the discussion.

Bozeman, butte, and GJ are all 3 at the top of my list to visit and look around for something in the next 2-3 years! Thanks for the reply!

Track and field should separate old Glory from the rest.
Just got back from Nashville. China now has 19 golds and sits one behind us in the total medal count with 40. Japan is up to 17 gold. We're still at 14 gold. But we lead overall medals with 41. Hopefully you're right about track and field and we start racking up more gold medals.

Sickly Boy!! You need to do 25 Squat thrusts to build up your immune system.

what is with this ncaa stuff
Altering the NCAA constitution by, "identifying the core principles that define college sports and proposing a new governance model that allows for quicker change without sacrificing broader values."

Sounds like a move toward a more horizontal organizational structure possibly...or consolidation of power...if they are wanting be more agile.

First we stole their land. Then Oklahoma stole the land we moved them to. Cherokee have reason to hate us both.

So we'll call it Casino Night....

So now half the board thinks you're a quitter and you will hence forth be referred to as "Simone Biles".

I’m not one to share personal family things, or ask for anything, but want to ask y’all for prayers for my daughter, her husband, and my new grandson! He was born last Friday, had to be taken at 33 weeks, but was still 7.2lbs.
On Saturday, he was air lifted to Morgantown, due to collapsed lungs. My daughter developed diabetes with her first child, weird bc she’s very fit and 24, but this time around it affected the baby’s sugar levels.
He’s been on oxygen, feeding tube, and umbilical IV this week.
He’s now off everything, eating and breathing on his own, and his sugar levels have stabilized. They may get to come home this weekend, but most likely early next week.
She’s a trooper! 24 hours after a c section, had to jump in a car with her husband and drive 3 hours to be with him and stay in a hotel!! That’s a sore subject!!
But nonetheless, he’s doing better, and I can’t wait to meet him! Having two boys of my own, this little dude will have plenty of UT gear for the rest of his life!!
Keep them in your prayers as they try to get home and on the mend!! Thanks y’all!!🙏🙏
