Gymnasts are groomed to be compliant from an early age IMO. They are taught to listen to their coaches and doctors. It's part of the reason Karolyi was able to produce machines.

So to anyone saying we should go to the ACC I’ll say while yes adding Texas and Oklahoma make it alittle more difficult, the Southeastern Conference was founded in KNOXVILLE TENNESSEE late 1932 and we simply will not leave what was created just because of new additions. I know, but they've been gymnasts since before they went to Ohio State. Just like the girls, they start at an early age. There is a sense of indoctrination with some coaches.
