Pretty sure the SEC has said that once you reach the 85% threshold of vaccinations, then the players will not be regularly tested. We can argue all day about the vaccine, but no one should be tested if vaccinated, and I really don’t want my team to possibly have to forfeit a game.

8 team PPR keeper league. Here’s the bulk of my current roster. Will probably have 3-4 total picks. I draft 2nd and I’m pretty sure Pitts will be taken 1st overall. What would you do? I think I need to take one of the rookie QBs for the future.
J. Chase to go with Burrow and hope Lawrence, Fields or Lance drop to the 2nd round?
Go ahead and take Lawrence or Fields with the second overall pick and take best option at WR/RB in the second round?

The NCAA has already started their restructure. It's not gonna take years. Politics sped up this runaway train.

The "years" part is only if they relinquish all rule-setting and enforcement. Which is what I was referencing, the investigation.

Because that would mean creating another entity for the universities to go through for all their convoluted rules. Would take time to hire and structure it, decide on volumes of rules among all the schools, how to enforce, etc. The whole thing is such a behemoth that it would take time.
