We tend to write players off prematurely. In Spring there were tons of bust takes on Evans. “I don’t see anything special” wasn’t a unique post.

Indeed. Most of the hype was around our 5th/6th option now...Jaylen Wright and Dee Beckwith. I have plenty of confidence in the whole RB room, including Marcus Pierce, whom I forgot to mention.

Since the Volunteer state doesn’t field a MLB franchise, any way you swing and you’re joining ranks with at least a few fans of other colleges. I’m from Chattanooga and the Braves were relatively down the street. Now go shame a Yankee after you find out from your “person” if Tiyon is a go!

I’ve learned over the years around these parts you’re either a Braves,Cardinals or Cubs fan…but then me @volbeast33 @pismonque and @Chuckie came along and broke the chain…now we’re shunned by Volnation

I wish we would. Whatever the heck he is doing wrong he really missed some golden opportunities with Evans, Small , Wright being banged up to allow Whitehead and Pierce get this carries instead.

If Evans is out and Small isn't 100%, then we do not have an SEC back on this roster. At least not yet. Maybe they develop into one, but right now they are not there. We need those guys bad for this one.

If you have to lose Tiyon for a game during this 4 game stretch it’s this one. I could see him dress and be emergency only role. Ole Miss has the worst run defense of your next 3 opponents. They run a 3 man front that makes it easier for Whitehead and Wright to get to 2nd level unlike when we play the next 3 teams. Jabari wants badly to have a big game vs Ole Miss and I could see this being his big game if he can tough it out. Lot of Hendon run game coming imo

With our limited roster, Evans has been a huge help, that's just the truth.
Fully understand the hand Heup has and not going to have unrealistic demands. But if he pulls this off, I'm also not taking an ounce a credit away.

(If true) we're down a key advantage but a little curious/excited to see how he schemes around this. He's already caught me off guard, in a good way.
