If you settle away from insurance do things to cover yourself. Have a notary signed document that says you've both agreed to a sum. Too many scumbags that will try to hit you up for both.

For you peeps that don't flow education there is a movement to eliminate grades because they're racist. AAs have a higher chance of failing than non AAs, this grades are racist and must be gotten rid of. No this is not a joke it's really happening

Ok serious questions. The lady i hit earlier had been in an accident recently and her back end was already messed up. She said the only thing that I messed up is her back up camera and there’s some rattling now that wasn’t before. We haven’t reported to insurance yet. Here’s the kicker, I also rear ended someone at the start of this year so I could get dropped from insurance for two accidents in a year. I asked if she was willing to negotiate on a price where we don’t report to insurance and she is willing. So what do I do?

Regardless from her or shop or whomever, get a receipt, period. If her, verify name.

W/O receipt, she could take your money and still report the accident. But *if she gives a receipt*, you were at fault, she's technically taking the bigger risk.

We are quickly becoming a place the very top recruits are attracted to.

Recruits want to select a college that gives them the highest chance of making it pro. Because of coaching and facilities & support they see top schools, like bammer, clem's son, OSU, etc, as places that will help them achieve their goals.

Recruits noticed Heupel at UCF, but didn't see it as a place that could compete with the most elite programs.

Also, recruits noticed UT's facilities, conference, fanbase, etc, but they did not trust the coaches or program to deliver them the best shot at the NFL.

Heupel and the assistants' coaching ability and overall player development is beginning to shine through and AD White is opening all the doors to give them the highest chance for success. Recruits see that the results on the field are happening fast and players are obviously being developed beyond their perceived talent level.

It's a perfect match. Heupel's results + everything UT offers - facilities, conference, fanbase, education, support staff, and location are among the best in the nation.

Imo.

It's simply a matter of time before the most elite recruits will be knocking down our door to get into this situation.

Yeah, I've had a positive experience also. Guy was in a company car and more worried about that. When I got the price for bumper cover, he brought the money and thanked for letting him go that route.
It's a crap shoot.

She also didn’t have her insurance at the time. So seems iffy considering the back end of her car looked that out of shape depending on how long ago her accident was
