There's two ways the NIL will work. One, a legitimate company that wants an endorsement that will yield a positive return on investment. Two, people/companies that want a legal way to funnel money to players with no intent of getting a return. Those types were most likely already funneling cash to players under the table.

You know the current price of square footage right now?

Sorry, I don't. Especially with fluctuating lumber costs.
But always get as many quotes as possible.
It's possible to find quality at a lower cost.
Most new, small builders are the former foreman etc., of the larger established companies. But charge less because of need to secure work.
Check license and reference though.

Cj Stroud is getting free F-150 from local dealerships at OSU. We can’t even get crap like that. Our players get a free box of cookies from local bakeries. It’s not even the National corporate deals I think those will fade out soon anyway with the failures of Spencer Rattler and DJ. Corporate won’t be risking many more deals on college athletes as much anymore.
An incoming UK bball player got a Porsche deal...and is driving a nice one

You need to hook some players up with some sweet deals.

Lumber prices are falling but not drastically, interest rates are still inching up. According to where you are, builders are finding it difficult to keep closing dates due to appliances and other factors.

Great…I’m in Morristown. Sounds like I probably need to begin the process. I’ll be looking around!

Grandmother has offered to sub-divide some land on her property to make a lot.

That's a great start with modern property costs.
Sorry to harp but it's with best intentions. I imagine mobile home places would make it very tempting with the speed and taking away most of the pressure. But this is definitely the one purchase to think long term.
Unfortunate that your time is happening right now tho. The market always shifts but costs are currently high and a seller's market at the moment.

I think a top cost per square foot is $150.

Yep, that's what I said. That's why he'd be gone from the team.
No. You said quitting the team would allow him to start communicating with other teams. Nothing’s stopping him from doing that…whilst remaining on the team. I think it’s already done and he enters the portal in December. Added benefit for Heupel accommodating it is that he can get that extra spot in the class. He does it now and that’s gone.

That’s what we are finding out. We have been living in my sister-in-law’s house that she bought last year for around $90,000. She put about $20,000 into it. Just sold it Saturday for $165,000 after listing it for $175,000. My wife and I wouldn’t buy it because it wasn’t worth it.
