Dude has 1 college career win - Vandy. His other 3 or however many starts - the offense actually was worse than under JG (and his worst season). We scored a high of 19 points.What a resume!

Can't imagine Stanning this hard for a midseason quitter. Couldn't be me.

I'm a halfbreed ( 50/50 kind, - not "my granny was 1/111th Cherokee" kind)
Honestly, neither half has ever been offended by "Braves".. or the chop.. or the Seminoles, etc..

Mostly agree with everything posted here except Lowe's depiction of 1 side, with the "I don't think we will" and moving on.
Lol, neither side EVER just states their opinion and moves on.
Oh well. Nothing to do but watch one side pretend to defend my delicate feelz, and watch the other side be in disbelief & outraged. Even more disbelief than 3 days ago..and 3 days before that.. and..

Now excuse me, all the talk of stereotypes have me so upset, I'm gonna go put on my headdress and do my clarification dance.

I’m pretty sure celebrating your team doing something good is the part that makes you feel tangibly better…. I wish she would link these “numerous studies” that she’s quoting because how tf would you even do a study for that haha

I do not like the sound of "aggressive joint mobilization". That sounds uncomfortable. Of course I'm already uncomfortable, so yeah.

Already had the steroid shot, and was given the obligatory stretch pamphlet and stretchy rubber band thing. Orthopod was "you can try this, and when you fail, we'll send you to Svetlana the former Soviet wrestler turned physical therapist." He didn't mention ultasound though, or I might have opted for PT first. The stretching hasn't been super successful, and just wondered if I was missing something obvious. The answer is "yes, excessive pain".

Getting older sucks.

You could look into getting some Dry Needling done on your gastrocnemius/soleus. Can improve tissue length quicker, especially with your history of tissue trauma/adhesions etc.

Just realized that my text sounded kinda like a threat…sorry about that. Just trying to give you viable treatment options… 😁

Oh, you can also get a steroid shot, but those really suck for the Plantar Fascia in regards to how painful the shot can be.
