Much more fun pulling for the under dog when you aren't emotionally invested. It's why I watch game day when I can. Sets up the day and usually gives me someone to root for or against in every game.

My Grandfather was amazing like that. He would have his little transistor radio tuned to the Tennessee football game and TV on a baseball game. He would be snoring. But change either one and he would wake up. I challenged him on it one time and he knew exactly what was happening in both games.
One of my favorite memories. He was one of my heroes. I still miss him. He gave me many of my cornerstone ideals that I live by. Great and humble man.

I don't think we ever stop missing those we love when we lose them. But I look forward to finding them again someday.

I don’t think that I can root for uga over bama, but I will give it my mediocre best…

grew up in the Mick, Yaz, Say hey Kid era and loved me some baseball both playing and watching. Nowadays I get interested when it’s World Series time. Don’t know teams/players but that picture with Astros with that rock-a-by-baby windout begs the question….do they steal on him much !

Totally missed this semi-SEC news last week.

Former Miss State QB Garrett Shrader transferred to Syracuse. Against Virginia Tech he threw for 236 and 2Tds, and ran for 174 and 3 tds last Saturday.

Our team desperately needs the healing time. Being short handed at the start of the season means that many of our players have already played an entire season worth of plays in only 8 games. I am willing to forego a game today so that they can recover and refresh. It will also allow some backups to get more practice reps and be more game ready.

Remember, the plan is for us to win the next 5 games. Ruin some teams’ hopes, and improve our recruiting and transfer portal appeal.

One team that I think could bring down Georgia is Ohio State. Think about it. What has beaten Georgia over the past few years? Teams with elite outside capabilities which this season the only team that has that is Ohio State. Ohio State runs alot but they can hurt you deep in a hurry if they need to. Just keep this in mind. If anything is not up to pair on that Georgia defense it’s their secondary. They can be had on the outside and the Buckeyes have the ammunition to take advantage! Day has demoted the DC as well and since their D has improved tremendously. Just keep watch!

Georgia will win in the trenches. Their D-Line plays at a different level.

I hate Bama beyond description but outside of our game, I'm completely numb to their winning.

Idt even recruits raise an eyebrow at another championship. Not gonna effect those already wanting to go there. The thought of any other SEC rivals dancing in the confetti on national TV, sickens me even more.
For now.
