On the flipside my new employer said during the interview how diverse the company was. I later found at she (the CFO) was talking about sex diversity, as it's pretty even at 50/50 men and women...which in an engineering firm is very diverse on that basis, so that's good and can have benefits...but I also realized it's 99% white folks too lol. From what research I've read, the biggest reailzed benefit of diversity is gaining a diversity of thought and perspectives, which is a legitimate benefit. There are many ways to achieve that I suppose. Race, sex, class, general worldview indicators (politics, religion, social perspectives, etc).

If we let the trolls take over, one day we'll all be relegated to the FF talking about, "first the trolls came for the negavols and I did not speak out, because I was not a negavol. Then they came for..." 😅

So how should we be? Honestly. Should we just be all down in the dumps and woe is me and Heupel sucks like you? By all means, please explain the problem with fans being excited and encouraged with Heupel.
