No I haven't talked to anyone about it here since the topic came up. I'll deep dive if they actually pony up and fire Fuente.

I will say - One think that makes sense with respect to Napier considering Blacksburg is the low expectations and high amount of stability. Characteristics that are keeping him at Louisiana, and that prior openings didn't have (SoCar, Vols, Auburn). Louisiana has the advantage of being a recruiting hotbed though.

Exciting weekend, seeing Chandler be as good as advertised is epic.

He’s quite a bit ahead of Springer or Keon. And then BHH snagged a double double like it was nothing. This basketball team is gonna have a fun season.

James, Bailey, Santi, & Powell will feast from deep with a legit PG and big on the court.

My buddy says he keeps hearing Napier, Elko, Clawson, Dykes and Fleck.

GoT had perfect casting and characters looked like what I imagined while reading. Wheel of Time casting seems like they went too PC by changing the race of major characters to be "inclusive". Pisses me off.
They also seem to be making the main character of the show Moiraine....she is a fantastic character but the 3 boys are the overall main characters, especially in the first half of the series.

They are making all five of the Emonds Fielders Taveren...if you know what that does to one of the biggest..if not the biggest...ongoing conflicts of the series..then you know 🤷‍♂️

The TV show is not going to be the real WoT story, but that doesn't mean it will necessarily suck. I am going to try and judge it for itself, but it looks to me that Judkins is going for a woke wet dream.

If Fulkerson can come back to his 2019 form then this team can play any style they need to and be really good!
