I watched a game of theirs last year and I didn't come away very impressed.Mullen was 34-15 at UF and had success at MSU (SEC team) before going to UF. Napier was let go at clemson and was the wife receivers coach at Bama before Louisiana. UL is in a talent rich state where you can get lower prospects who can compete at a high level. He may turn out to be great but right now Mullen is a better coach. Also, have you watched them play? Their style of play does not scare me at all.
Fair enough and I hope you are right. As Ulysees said, I want to be the s... out of Florida and if we are breaking in another QB, I'm not sure it's possible.I feel almost the complete opposite (not that I want inexperienced players, but...). There's a reason CJH's offense rarely ever has a down year. It's as close to "plug and play" and simple as you can get. It may not be this great, but will be good-to-very good regardless.
The opposite imo is a Chaney or Clawson like offense, where every game it was talked about if our QBs could even "get us lined up" Now we're going 10x faster and even a brand new transfer was able to kill it.
He's doing everything you need to do in this age of football. Not a ton of practice time, lots of distractions, transfers and movement every year. It's perfect in that sense and should help fend off having a majorly down offensive season.
That’s true and all the chirping they’ve done throughout has turned my hatred way up from what it already was. The last two yrs they have lost to us by a combined score of 70-27 and that was to Pruitt. They’re in serious trouble now.I really hope so. They've beaten us way too many times in the last ten years. I want to pay them back for a good long while.
