I think a lot of coaches are realizing it is better to stay in a good situation than to chase the money. What good is 6-7mil a year if the fan base is disappointed with a 10 win season and you are gone in 3 years or less? They all get paid so much now, they can stay at a 4-5mil a job with much lesser expectations and be untouchable for 10 years.
