Yeah I’ve never heard trust “insert new coaches name here” before. I’d like to start beating the good teams on our schedule again.

Unlike previous staffs, I think this one has actually earned some trust. They overachieved this year. When was the last time we could say a staff overachieved? And if your takes were as golden as you seem to believe they are, you'd be a D1 football coach somewhere. Since you're not, let the professionals handle it. It's too early to panic.
