Great players shine despite their coaches all the time though. You could slap a mullet on Trevor Siemian and put him out there and know one would no the difference. And this is the best QB prospect since Luck? Really?

What I mean by that is he has the ability to have a good stretch but he also has the ability to really stink it up. Perhaps I'm jaded as a dolphin fan and his terribleness down there.

I honestly don't think being a big time NFL star is in Hooker's future (hopefully he proves me wrong), but he CAN compete for the Heisman next year. That, IMO, totally makes it worth coming back.

Tannehill has actually been to the playoffs though

As a Cowboys fan, I get that Romo didn’t win the big game. But he had a few bad defenses. Plus, the Dez Bryant catch-no catch started the debate about the interpretation of a catch, and it had to happen in a game that would have put them in the NFC Championship Game. Cowboys hadn’t lost a road game all year until that game.

I would have agreed until he called the rest of his coaches and team losers. He's not gonna make it. He needs to give up football and stay retired, but I fully expect he'll give college another go.
