What’s the spread for everyone this Christmas Eve/Christmas? I love hearing the variety of dinners that people have on Christmas.

Tonight it’s lasagna and baked ziti with the in-laws and tomorrow afternoon, it’s chicken and dressing and all the southern fixings on my side.

I was going to do a Boston pork butt, but changed my mind and now I am breaking in the new Pit Boss with ribeyes and sirloins. We will have baked potatoes, salad, seasoned green beans and blackberry cobbler. I will also get together our breakfast casserole tonight and get everyone up early to enjoy that tradition with me. Going to be a good day.

Folks probably just liking the fact I was at the gym on Christmas Eve. Legit disappoint they are closed tomorrow. Around 2:00 after the chaos and everyone is with their toys… Boss Hogg would like to have a quick run out to get that work in before dinner
