I want to ask for prayer for myself, I’ve got a decision to make. I had a ruptured disc repaired in my lower back about 5 years ago. My back is killing me 24/7 now, I cannot get any relief from the pain. I went to the Dr last Thursday and he’s got me on steroids and muscle relaxers for muscle spasms. He’s scheduling a MRI but the x-Ray showed me all I needed to know. My vertebrae are just about bone to bone. He told me that fusion surgery is just about a thing of the past and now the disc replacement is the thing. Has anyone had this procedure done?

Man… that sounds awful. Sorry I have no advise to give in the matter

10 gallon with heater I would go with some live-bearers. Platys are always a good choice. Cycle your tank first. I might suggest a couple of female Bettas to start. After 6 to 8 weeks you could add a couple more. Cycling the tank is most important, don't overload the tank.

If you're unsure about cycling Google search it. Main thing to remember is do nothing drastic. Take it slow.

Edit to add. Others have made some good suggestions. But I would caution against neon tetras. I've kept first for decades and never had luck with them. The guppies are a good suggestion.

There is maintenance involved. An understocked tank requires less maintenance, the more "load" on your mini ecosystem the more maintenance is involved.

For instance I have a 75 gallon tank with two Jack Dempsie cichlids and two Firemouth with a fairly large Pleco and a red tail shark. I have a 30 gallon with two albino African clawed frogs. A 20 gallon with a male Betta and 8 guppies. Those tanks are balanced perfectly. If I add anymore to any tank I have to increase my maintenance to 3 times per month. It's all about balance.

How about a year of payback for all the opponents that embarrassed us on the field over the last decade? I don’t want the media to be able to say it was a fluke. That it’s just an off day for bama. I want to mow down and beat down the SEC so that there’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that we’re ready to bevthe most hated team on any opponents schedule.

I want our OL to dominate so totally that the other team could have all our play signals still can’t stop us. I want our defense to be so devastating to behold that teams and coaches don’t want to take the field for the second half.

I want our team to be so awesome that even the realists and NegaVols are rendered mute in speech and social media.

Now, I am not being selfish. I just want all of VN to get what we truly deserve and the debacle decade.

Cervical disc replacement is way ahead of lumbar disc replacement. They are better than they used to be.

Get a second opinion. If the opinions are different, then get a 3rd opinion.

And definitely prayers sent for your health.

Whoah, keeping a 10 year old's attention span for that long is pretty impressive. In many ways that's a harder task than keeping the attention of an adult. I started it up and played a tiny bit and just now stopped because I realized that if I continued I was gonna keep playing and playing. The soundtrack and 80s nostalgia fits Quill well (especially for a game) and the mullet the kid version of him rocks is hilarious. The game designers did a really amazing job putting together his childhood room to replicate that era. I can't wait to get a large hunk of time to dig into it. The spaceship and salvage area looks amazing.
