I'm not sure anyone knows who we're really good with. These coaches keep things as close to the vest as any I've seen and the pay sites' high school connections, aren't that helpful with college transfers.
It's been like the old days, before social media and recruiting servics.. wait and see who shows up.

Sure, you can’t get by on a bunch of 1-2 year leases. But if you get guys that are 3-to-play-3, 3-to-play-4, or 4-to-play-4, is there any real difference between those guys and high-school recruits?

Hopefully….. we have a strong AD and administration that will make smart decisions without caring what the fan base thinks.

This right here. The fan base has proven that our collective thought is not sound enough to follow as advice for building a program. We are fans…knee jerk, emotional, short sighted, and all each carrying his/her own personal agenda and biases.

We need strong leadership in the AD with deep conviction about what they are doing. They have to be confident enough in themselves, lacking insecurity, and lead this looney bin fan base out of our dysfunction into a new era of glory days.

Transfers are completely different now. There’s some quality talent for the picking now. Some are looking to be courted for NIL deals sure, but most just want PT.
