Agreed. I'll throw Frasier in there too. As a kid, I thought it was some snooty yuppie comedy and couldn't imagine who would watch it.

Then one day the wife and I watched an episode (after having binged Cheers for the first time) and loved it (and realized it was making fun of all of those things). It has very high rewatchability. We're going through our 3rd time right now.

My wife and I just finished Fraiser. One of our all-time favorites. She loves Cheers but I could never get into it. Watching Seinfeld now and I hope its a slow burn and gets better soon. In the third season.
