I've never been able to sleep but the source is a mix of insomnia and freaking night sweats. Wake up 3 to 4 times a night like I just got out of a pool. Keep changes of sleep wear beside the bed but each episode starts the insomnia process over again. And that was all before the health related pain joined the mix.

It's like the need for sleep and rest has always been my nemesis. Sometimes it really does push the limit.

Ask for a sleep study…might give you some answers.

You could have Familial Mediterranean Fever…ask your treating doctor. Just a thought.

It's an nft so through opensea and the eth network. The security is up to you. Your wallet is one level and you could get a ledger that makes another level.

You pretty much play and earn crypto tokens which can be converted to any other crypto. The people that I'm in with should have a program where you rent a character and level it up while earning. Minting one is about $350-400 right now. Costs 0.15 eth.

I still don't fully understand crypto but the people I'm involved with make three times as much as I do doing this crap lol. Some others are millionaires. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
