Hooker may move the offense better, sure. I’ll give you that. But Hooker is good for 2 turnovers a game in SEC play that will effectively wipe out any benefit he provides on offense. Milton (IMO) has shown he’s better at avoiding preventable turnovers. I’massuming that’s why Heupel favored Milton.

We can have differences of opinions, so I’ll just leave this here.

Are the o linemen we have on roster just not a good fit for this offensive system? I'm seriously struggling to understand why that position group is lacking. If they are even a solid group this offense would be very good.

Just don't have many SEC lineman is it. Starting 5 is okay but outside of that its just a bunch of mediocracy

It's not as bad as Georgia St for sure but it's probably on par with BYU, only the roster that year was much more talented than this one.

Pitt is going to end up being the game that we should have won this year, but didn't. It's year 1 under Heupel with 71 scholarship players. Going to happen. I still think it's possible to beat one of either Missouri or KY. We need depth in a bad way on the OL. Need to hit the transfer portal hard this year.

It's depth. Coop has to play center. Ideally Cade would play G, but they don't have that luxury and he can play RT well enough to get the job done. They have to stay healthy and get enough snaps playing together to build cohesion as a unit. So the injury bug has to stay away until recruiting and development catch up.

Happy with the W and shutout. Everybody’s just gonna have to come to grips with the fact that we’re one of the 4 worst SEC teams and 5-7 is our ceiling. Once that’s realized it gets much easier to stomach Saturdays.

We are playing at least one tackle thats probably better suited to gaurd but they are not very good at all. Grading out very low iirc.
