Yep. The top cover they have been receiving for skirting the rules suddenly has no teeth anymore and they don’t like it. Same with Kansas basketball.

Any good lawyer should be able to tie school punishment to reducing the amount the athletes will receive through NIL. In fact if I were a school facing any NCAA punishment, I would remind the NCAA of this.

How can the NCAA enforce that? There are no contracts being written for an athlete to play at a particular school. The NCAA has no jurisdiction in a contract between two private parties, in this case the collective and the athlete. The school has no say in amounts of pay or terms of the contract either.

So everyone, asking for some prayers please. Our daughter has Metopic craniosynostosis. It is the ridge in the front of her forehead. The skull fused too fast in the womb and will cause complications with brain growth if unfixed. The surgery will last about 6 hours. They’re gonna cut ear to ear and restructure her skull. They said it’s basically carpentry for the skull. She’s gonna look pretty bad initially from the swelling but it will go away in a few days. This surgery will prevent pressure from her brain and allow normal growth in the frontal lobes. It’s 99% successful. We are both comfortable with it as we can be after discussing it with the doctor at Vandy. We will stay in the ICU for 4-5 days. I’ll definitely keep you guys posted with any updates. Y’all guys are awesome man. Much love to all! GBO

Man, if NCAA cracks down on this, they will push a lot of fans away.

This is a Hail Mary by the NCAA. They'll rattle their fake sabres until the first of many lawsuits are filed then they'll turn tail and leave it to someone/anyone else to deal with. The schools need to fire and disband that group of fools. Then we can get down to really developing this NIL system so it's consistent and works properly for everyone.

There’s Aussie football here in Nashville. Gets played all over, but just no semi-pro/pro affiliations. I went and watched the Nashville team play one time. It was pretty fun even though I really didn’t understand what the hell was going on.

The AA is already on life support and once they try to change the rules in the middle of the game to try and help Saban and Bowl Cut then the AA will be finished. They will be sued out of existence. When they bring out these new rules, schools should tell them to kick cans.
