This post sounds like it just caught fire out of nowhere. Any vehicle can catch fire after being slammed in to a concrete barrier after being hit by a semi. Glad your friend is ok though, that’s scary.Buddy of mine had an accident last night. He's lucky to be alive. Never was a Tesla fan. Damn thing caught on fire and got torched. Never in a million years. They look cool, but, I think they may be dangerous.
Semi slammed him into a concrete barrier. He got out, only minor scrapes (so maybe they are built well?) As he walked away I suppose it had ignited.
I wish coaches made a somewhat more reasonable amount so that the support staff that work insane hours could get more than just a pittance for salary.Do we limit coaches salaries because they are, at least partially, based on booster support for a school?
Slippery slope. You can either get paid or not!
In the market for a new truck. Can't decide between the new refreshed Sierra or Silverado. Any thoughts?

Stay out of the market if possible is my thoughts...lol the prices are insane compared to 2 years ago, especially on trucks. Good luck is my other thought.
3rd and final thought is Silverado over sierra but that's just strictly based on the silverado likely holding its value better.
OBS is good, I agree. I'll tell you what tho, when we flew down last week headed to Orange Beach, our flight was to Pensacola and we were ready for lunch before driving over to OB. My son had told us to go to The Fish House and we would thoroughly enjoy it. Boy, was he right! Any time in the future that I am in the vicinity, that place will be on my to do list. Great food and service. My son loves Old Bay Steamers.
Need more details than that. Tesla is supposed to be one of the very safest. My BIL has one and loves it.Buddy of mine had an accident last night. He's lucky to be alive. Never was a Tesla fan. That’s why he’s promoting a fundraising drive for patients at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in Knoxville on Thursday through Saturday during Tennessee’s three-game series with Georgia at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. It’s appropriately titled, “Bat Flip 4 Kids” since he has become well-known for his post-hit bat flips.

Drew hopes to raise money to buy toys for kids and gift cards to purchase meals for their families while they’re hospitalized.
"When I was going through that stuff, I remember how important it was to have something that would take my mind off it," Drew said. "just a toy or something - even if it was something little."
Baseball might have been his best distraction. He loved the game long before he could play it.
"He always had his baseball mitt with him," his mother said. "Once when we left it at the house, Andy drove down to the hospital with it. Drew would fall asleep with his glove on."
Even during the worst of times, when one surgery surgery turned into more surgeries, Drew always believed he would be able to play the game. His parents contributed to that outlook by constantly reassuring him he eventually would be OK.
"I knew I would get healthy," he said. "And I knew at a young age what I was going to do. I was pretty determined."
He doesn't reflect much on his childhood illness and all it encompassed - trips to the emergency room, multiple surgeries and the uncertainty of when it would end. But those experiences help explain why he plays the game with such joy and passion.
"You never know what can happen," he said. "But I feel as though something has been given back to me."
Now, he wants to give something back, too.
