Im so mad about how good Ole Miss is. I think they beat Bama and end up winning the west if Corral stays healthy. I'm a big believer in Kiffin as a coach and i think this is the best team he's ever had.

And of course this is the year we play them.

If only in state legacy’s would stay home to help, it might help make it happen

The world is a smaller place now. State lines don’t matter to people my age and younger because we can talk to people from anywhere in the world at any given time. It won’t go back to the way it was.

Maybe with V. Jones being closer to 100% Milton's game will take a step toward being more complete. Got to have the bombs to hang in conference play.

Velus, Hyatt, Calloway & Payton. Sprinkle in some Tillman and Merrill. I still think this could be a great group in time. Still so much youth and general newness. They were bound to start slow. Milton is new too. It could start clicking at some point and then who knows what we're capable of.

I still see a team that gets better every week. The big issues last week were turnovers and penalties, both of which were much better this week (but against an easier opponent). If we continue to improve like this, should be a pretty good team by the end of the season.

For the record the McCullough interception was all luck. McCullough wasn’t even near the receiver like he should of been and got lucky because of an over throw.

If the QB throws that ball like it should of been they have a 30+ yd gain on us. Because he is never and I mean never within arms reach of a receiver who is about to catch the ball.

If McCullough starts next week against Florida (which he will) they are going to kill us in the middle of the field. Guaranteed.

Well the qb room is what it is. Hooker isn't great, but seems like the best out of a pretty bad batch. Milton is horrendous and Bailey looks like he doesn't feel comfortable in this offense at all.
HH just passed for 8 YPA and ran for 7.1 YPC. On the season 5 passing TDs and 1 INT and 70% completion.

What are you watching?

After the punt team just touches it, the return team can touch it or even lose it without penalty. The punt team does have to possess it, but there is a still picture where the MSU player has his hand over the ball with the player’s knee on the ground.
Probably doesn't count as possession just having his hand on it I'd guess.

WR always has the advantage over the DB. All of JG’s best passes were under thrown deep balls. Lol
100%. Good god those commentators calling them "50/50" balls are downright foolish. How often does the DB actually pick a "50/50" ball off?!? I can't even remember any of JG's getting picked. It was the across the middle darts that were. That entire phrase should be thrown in the garbage.

We aren't competing for the conference this year. Let's ease up on the bombs and just beat our fellow bottom dwellers with the stuff Milton can handle. Get to a bowl game and call it a good first year. If I see 7 incomplete bombs in 3 series again against a team we can beat without bombs, I'm going to lose some faith in Heupel. Throw a few so they respect it, but Milton is really, really good at throwing to the far side line for 7 yards.
