Let’s all just agree that college athletics are just for fun and all games are officiated fairly and correctly. There are no agendas and no bias in the game.

People like Volbeast and Marco are why they have gotten away with f'n us over and over and over and over in every sport for the last twenty years. At this point you have to be plain stupid, or in their case willingly blind to not KNOW it.

I can never give them the benefit of the doubt anymore. It is literally absolutely impossible that officials in every sport have continually screwed us over in every big game in all sports with brutally horrible regular calls, and obvious one sided judgements on 50/50 calls and subjective calls like targeting and fouls without their being a agenda behind it.


The officials are almost all puppets of the SEC and NCAA...I won't say all, because I think there are honest guys on crews, and even a few honest crews, but I think they keep their mouths shut to keep their jobs. We rarely if ever get those good crews assigned to our big games.

UT was a go along to get along school for too long. I'm glad we're starting to push back more. UT schedules high-profile games and plays top competition in every sport, men's and women's (unlike other SEC schools that schedule soft to inflate their record). Our games are among the highest rated and UT brings a lot of exposure and $$ to the conference. Just need to get football back to where it should be.

I am betting on our Football program making big strides in getting it back to where it should be.

I used to believe that was crazy talk just like you do before the events of the last 20 years...It is almost mathematically impossible that they could get so many huge game changing calls against us wrong, or have so many bad games with such bad disparities in judgement calls like holding, defensive and offensive pass interference in football, defensive fouls and offensive fouls in basketball, often against key players, and balls and strikes and such in baseball...it happens in every sport we play.

There is no way that there is not an anti-Tennessee agenda guiding this crap, it just happens every time...we know it is going to happen every time...the rest of us are sick of it.

The subjectivity of reffing in all major sports is an exploit for anyone who cares enough or pays enough to take advantage of. They leave that back door wide open for a reason.

We set all kinds of offensive records and every single game our fans complain about garbage inconsistent strike zones…. They must be able to adjust some.

That's because of the insane amount of hitting talent we have all up and down the lineup. They are just able to overcome shoddy umpiring most of the time.

I think the fur coat had run its course and UT most likely would have moved on from it next year, anyway. Team will have different leaders and a different vibe next year. But the media will continue to look for inciting clickbait. They exacerbate the issues, as does the sour grapes complaining from other programs on the losing end of the celebrations. They don't complain when they win-- just when the Vols make beating them look easy.

This was bound to happen before the CWS. They weren't going to tolerate much there.
