I can only take ibuprofen every once in awhile I have NAFLD so I have been just dealing with it. I started researching tumeric and its been helping a lot. I am not into getting a spinal fusion unless I just have to.

Have you looked into MSM supplement? I take it & turmeric - had 1 knee replaced )in my 50’s), trying to keep the other one as long as I can.
