This is offensive and it hurts my feelings, but it’s true. It’s harder to eat healthy in rural America than it is with more food options unless you’re growing your own food. I grew up on gas station food, for example, because the nearest grocery store was 15 miles away. The only restaurant between our house and town was a fish and steak house where most everything was fried or smothered in butter

I am a Tennessee boy now a plastic surgeon in Miami who helps beautify this city every day. I’m sorry but it’s not anywhere near close. Between the Brazilians, Venezuelans, Columbians, puerto ricans, and Cubans this place is untouchable in the talent department.
That being said I still pull for my vols and hope Tennessee wins the recruiting competition. But for aesthetics…..forget about it!

Absolutely, depends on volume and placement. Aesthetic surgery is as much art as science, and some people (especially patients) have a very skewed perspective of attractive. I don’t do those.

It is the 9th largest metro area in the country, with a greater model and trophy wife per-capita than almost everywhere in the country, great weather and lots of sun. International noteriety for party scene. There's gonna be an overabundance of very attractive women.
