Maybe I’ll keep looking into it then. I have my build mostly spec’d out but nothing wrong with some last minute research and/or changes. I don’t think I’ll go the Linux route as I use a RasberryPie for smaller, fun Linux projects and that fulfills most of what I want to explore with that, but dual booting is still very intriguing to me.

He got recruited over by a 5* freshman who is expected to be an early first rounder. So he hit the portal. That is exactly what everyone always thought would happen in the portal. It's why we were hoping all along to find a RB in the portal.

It’s easy to get recruited over, especially at a school that’s recruiting really well at the time, and I’m all for the portal. It’s the really the 2nd transfer in 6 months that gives me a slight pause.. and I say slight because like I said, I’d still bring him in if I were Heupel. Im sure Heupel has looked into his time at Clemson and WVU though and we’re all good.

In the end, we just hope it works out for all parties. I remember his recruitment and was bummed when he went to Clemson. He’s got loads of potential. Hopefully we get to see that this season if he does come here.

Side note: I had the some similar thoughts on Bru McCoy when he had his double transfer saga and then ended up here.. and from all we are hearing he’s been a great addition to the team and is a bright kid. So sometimes 3rd chances work out and I hope this is the same.

Every player should be expected to be recruited over every year. That's how you build a powerhouse team----the great ones will stay and play
