Jack West from AL. Pruitt was his recruiter for BAMA according to 247.
Jack West, Saraland, Pro-Style Quarterback
Also, McKee has 10 CBs all pointing toward Stanford.
True but taking a HS QB in this class shouldn't hurt being able to get a big time recruit in 19.
Thats besides the point lol youre not following.
If we cant land a HS QB the coaches feel confident can be more than another body, why bother? Theres no point in wasting a scholarship on a kid who isnt good enough to play just because we need more depth.
If thats the case, then a grad transfer makes more sense than a HS recruit. Bring him in, let him compete for a year or two and be the emergency backup, then move on.
I follow that but let's face it.
If this staff can't find a QB that has some potential in this class that's a problem.
Lets face it? lol nobody is debating that not finding a good QB in this class is a problem, Bruin.
It is and it sucks. But its late in the process and most of the top QBs have settled in and picked a school, so unless we find one willing to flip over the next 2 1/2 months, the pickings are slim.

My stance is that it could be a better option than taking a HS QB just for the sake of taking one
