It's actually a big deal to most Native Americans, it's just that there aren't that many of them and they're brown skinned so most white people don't really care what they think. I'm not Native American, so I'm not personally offended by it, but I can see how someone who IS Native American could be offended by it. That's the difference between being offended and recognizing something that could be offensive and having a conversation about it. Learn to distinguish and try not to get so triggered you anti-PC snowflakes.

I know it's a big deal to them although I don't know any of them or talk to them. I think it is a big deal to them because they are of a different color and I think everyone who is white still is racist so I believe they won't listen to anything they say.

I grew up in Montana around Indians (Native Americans). They were in no way offended by any of these mascots, and as a matter of fact the Redskins were almost universally their favorite team. They felt like it was their team.

One form or another of Chief Wahoo has been around since 1948. No one seemed affected back then. It wasn't until Chief Wahoo became Chief Yahoo (so to speak) that it became an issue. Way too much PC and/or SJW's in today's world.

Hey guys. I got the ok from Freak to post the gofundme link here. Any contribution will help as I'm in a tight situation. I recently had to call DCF because my ex's boyfriend left serious bruises on my 5 year old and he was arrested for child abuse. After this happened I found out more info about my ex that is causing me to seek a lawyer to represent me in a custody case. I pulled my sons attendance record from school and he has either been absent or late for school nearly 50 percent of the time she has him. Neither her or her bf work and she has no vehicle. There is suspected drug abuse and selling inside the house. My kids don't have a room or their own beds there either. She seems to plan to stay with this guy despite a no contact order between him and my son. I don't understand how she plans on doing it. I need to get him and my 2 year old out of there asap.
