That's what I'd say as well after I just got worked. Anybody who thinks Kevin Durant hasn't been the best player on his team "in a long time" is a bozo IMO.

Steph didn’t need Durant. Golden State didn’t need Durant.

Durant came to them and it’s made it even easier for one of the games best players to put up numbers. Greatness doesn’t look for the easy road.

For some reason KD always gets a pass. Nobody wants to be critical of him.

You can be critical all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that Durant is an all timer. Guy is a great basketball player. Period.

Yeah Westbrook and the Thunder have fared pretty well without Durant. Fighting and clawing to get in the playoffs. Only to get bounced five minutes later. "Use your eyes." 8 out of 10 people who know the game would tell you Durant is better.

I think it’s mostly Gen Xrs. Most Baby Boomers I know think guys like MJ ruined basketball by making dunks so iconic and attracting a viewership that wanted to see dunks and high scoring games more than they care about refs enforcing traveling rules.

Noticed several of our CB recruits his cycle are under that 6’ threshold. Obviously they can still grow some but interesting as we all thought Pruitt’s profile for that position was to have a bit more length out there.

The only thing that I will say about Curry vs. Durant is that Curry has won a championship without Durant and Durant has not won one without Curry.
