Good grief fellas... a lotta guys have plucked strings since the 70’s. If you’ve never seen Vai play “Whispering a Prayer”, go appreciate it for what it is, even if it’s not your preferred genre.

Funny story about Clapton, a reporter asked him how it felt to be the best guitarist in the world and he said, “I don’t know, you should go ask PRINCE”.

Wish the world could have seen how amazing of a guitarist he was.

Go watch the live performance when Tom petty, Jeff Lynn and several others including Prince, played the Beatles “while my guitar slowly weeps” live.

Prince does the guitar solo and his technique is something to behold.

Never thought of Prince as a outstanding guitarist, but that video made me look at other performances and the dude could play.

Mark Knopfler is my favorite guitarist. Derek Trucks is up there too.

Prince was a hell of a drummer too. He played a crazy drum solo/intro to the song "Shhhh" that would blow you away. Oddly enough, I hate most of his music. Just not my style. But I have great respect for his musical abilities.

Agreed. His music is an acquired taste. It’s said that he was classically trained in Several instruments, and could play 19 total.

But watching some of his live performances and watching him play the guitar, he was vastly underrated.

Or is VNR98 defending contacting recruits and trying to embarrass Stancliff for his comments about doing so being embarrassing and stalkerish?

Edit: I think I figured it out.

@CFB_Recruiting is the one supposedly contacting recruits.

He and @VolnationRecruiting (fyre edits guy) follow each other.

That Stancliff made that tweet about 'don't contact recruits because it's embarrassing and stalkerish'

So fyre edits guy I guess googled him and found out he had been arrested and tried to embarrass him.

I think.

From what I see he started off just relaying info from each site as his own. Then started calling recruits for articles then now tries to be shady by promising fire edits but gives these kids Charlie Brown cartoons which gives him info which he then tries to use in TOS and twitter to proclaim insider status. It's shady and amateurish. Pick a side. If you want to be a pro then stick to the writing side. Instead the kid is swinging and missing and looking foolish. He runs his mouth bragging on TOS that he knows of these commits and then they don't commit lol
