Idk how many great players we had. I saw enough out of this season to believe TV is better than the last two bums.

No it's not. Not even close really when you compare our competitors are picking from the great states of Georgia, Florida and Texas. No comparison at all really. Those states have 5 to one players Tenn does

Knoxville alone in the last 2 years has sent players to ole miss, Clemson, coastal Carolina, vandy and Kentucky.... that’s not even counting Nashville/Memphis

Yep and how many of those have been good?

Catcher at Kentucky and the pitcher at Vandy. That's it.

Point is there are only about 10 or so really good SEC top level type players in the entire state in every class. Georgia has 50 or more.

All the good one of ours are going to Vandy. We can't compete with that

I certainly understand everybody here wants to/goes to reach absolutes. Sometimes there should not be either or's. I saw both bands in the 70's and consider myself to be blessed to see the incredible talents that they both were. No first or second, but certainly not participation trophies given out at that season-ending banquet!
