Why do you seem to get enjoyment when our players are spoken ill of or when they do bad?

The "lol" was directed towards Wingo. Like I can't believe he's actually crapping on Trevor Daniel. But go on and provide examples of where I've seemed to get enjoyment of our players being spoke "ill" of.

Why? Because he went to Tennessee? Otherwise, the kid is going to make him eat his words, whether he is drafted or not. He will make a roster on a team somewhere. He is too good to not.

Basically did a little segment there making fun of Daniel for not having much hang time on his punts

I'm an old fart and unwittingly not PC from time to time. I always thought, at least in my mind, it was a term of endearment. I always thought of the orient as mystical and being Oriental was sort of mystical too. Oh well.

It's impossible to keep track of what is offensive and what is acceptable. Heck, I thought we had the freedom of speech. I don't remember reading anything about having freedom from being offended. I don't set out to offend anyone and would never wish to do so. However, people can say what they want. We don't have to like it and in polite society, people should make an effort to accomdate others' feelings.

It's like I said in a previous post. Words only have the power we grant to them. Choose not to let words offend you, and they won't.

I see it as a sign of weakness to be offended by all sorts of things. I'll do my best to treat you how I'd want to be treated. But I'm also gonna say what I think and stand up for what I think is right, and if that offends anyone, they can bite my rear end.

Butch just killed on ESPN. “What was that staff thinking playing Kamara as a back up? That’s why they aren’t there at TN anymore. Makes no sense.”

I'm not a big fan of all the PC crap these days, I think it's definitely overblown big time. I only spoke up because I thought that calling someone oriental went away a very long time ago, didn't realize some people didn't know this. It's not some new millennial, PC, liberal agenda type thing or whatever. Literally haven't heard someone refer to an asian person as oriental since I was visiting my great grandmother in the nursing home 30 years ago.

I don’t know that I’ve ever referred to anyone as oriental. It really doesn’t have anything to do with age. I just fail to see how referring to someone as being from a certain part of the world is offensive.

McKenzie only had 5.5 tackles for loss and 3 sacks in his entire career at Tennessee. Unfortunately, he didn't even come close to living up to the hype.

Good for Khalil.

Still wish he stayed. Although its good for our program to have guys in the league. Hope he has a long career.
