Yea it’s like half this class could be different. Good or bad

I’m still thinking top 15ish. Not because Pruitt’s not trying but mostly because of where we are as a program. Hard for me to imagine at the moment that Pruitt can parlay what feels like another 7 or 8 loss Tennessee season into an elite, program-changing first year signing class. I think that’s a harder sell for him than it was for Dooley or Jones, just because the history for us has been stacking up in a negative way over the last ten years (i.e., routine 7 loss seasons are a big part of our identity now).

I may completely change my tune if we whip Kentucky and make a bowl game this year. Just calling it like I see it at the moment.

You’re lying to yourself if you say you’re not drinking beer for the alcohol.

If the beer has alcohol in it then idc what you’re drinking. A lot of pricey beers taste like ass. Can’t ever go wrong with an old fashioned Budweiser every now and then. Tried and true it gets rid of my blues.

Of course it is part of it, but if I were drinking purely for alcohol I would just drink liquor. I do enjoy the taste of what I drink. Further, most of the beers I do drink have a much higher ABV than Bud, Coors, etc.

Those 9% IPAs beg the differ! Lol

Just giving you a hard time. I like beer and I also will never be a pretentious knob concerning other’s choice of beer. I think that’s the coolest way to be because if you got a beer in your hand i’m going to assume you’re trying to have a good time - and hey, me too dude. What’s good brotha?
I think good beer is good beer. Free and cold are still the best kinds :)

NashVegas is a fool and doesn’t know what he is saying. On Friday, August 14, 2015 Coach Jones physically and criminally assaulted starting Offensive Center Crowder. Coach Jones selectively targeted and struck Crowder in the sternum/solar plexus region with two (2) closed fist strikes.

The assault incident occurred by Coach Jones resulted because the 2nd team offensive linemen had performed very poorly during a particular practice repetition, and not from any known actions caused directly by Crowder who was practicing on the 1st team unit.

Upon noticing the poor performance of the 2nd team offensive linemen, Coach Jones became enraged and immediately ran over to the 1st team offensive linemen that were standing huddled to the side preparing to go their next turn. During Coach Jones’ out-of-control cussing rage he targeted and then aggressively swung his closed fist and struck Crowder in the high stomach / solar plexus area two (2) times. Upon realizing he was being assaulted, Crowder’s immediate response was defensive. Crowder responded by shoving Coach Jones backward by using his open hands on the shoulders of Coach Jones and then stepping toward Coach Jones and strongly stating, “Don’t ever hit me like that again.”

At that point Coach Jones then responded with verbal assaults. Coach Jones continued his assault with verbal remarks about how pitiful the entire Offensive unit had been performing. Although their are photographs showing Crowder was the leader of the Oline performance charts, Coach Jones benched Crowder for several games against Coach Mahoney’s advice.

Most of the players, several staff, and at least three coaches witnessed the assault incident. It supposedly was caught on camera. The “Assault” story was damaging Butch Jones’ ability to recruit and other competitive major football programs were using the nation-wide assault story as leverage to recruit athletes away from the Tennessee Football Program. Public comments were being made that other major football programs.

Coach Jones became paranoid and issued "TENNESSEE FOOTBALL” IPads to several Players with Spyware Installed to monitor what they were saying. It was the same IPad
Crowder was using while training for the NFL in Tampa whenever someone at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department began targeting Crowder out of the blue. FAA flight records show Jones flying into Pinellas just days before the entrapment attempts occurred. Ultimately, some false charges were made and then later dropped but only after Crowder missed his chances with the NFL, something Coach Jones wanted to block, in fear his Assault story would become a national story.

Henry - 5 rushes, 2 receptions, Lewis - 18 rushes, 4 receptions. Yes, Henry is now the back-up to Dion. That's a lot more disappointing, imo, than Cooper. Henry won the Heisman and has been bust. He still tries to break everything outside like he is in high school or on a dominant Alabama team where he can get away with doing that
Can't do the peds in the NFL.

Lol not at all man just pointing out the silliness of this whole thing. Price tag doesn’t equal good taste should be obvious though - and once again i’m saying that as someone who enjoys IPAs (Sculpin probaby my favorite) and stouts (Breakfast Stout is my go to). It’s silly to take a hardcore side in this argument.

And I don’t usually drink Sunday-Wednesday, but I think you could use another. Put one down for me.

I try not to be a beer snob. If Budlight is the only thing available, then I drink it. But price most certainly helps to determine a good beer. Sure, some craft breweries think they are good and make average beer. But generally, good beer is more expensive. Nothing hardcore about it, and it’s not really that difficult. Sculpin is 12.99 per six pack while Bud is 11.99 per twelve pack.

I don’t think Butch needed to set up crowder to ruin his NFL chances lol

About 75% of this wouldn’t surprise me if true, though.

You mistook my original post then. I wasn’t trying to be pretentious. I just disputed your comment that some expensive beer tastes bad. Generally speaking, I don’t believe that to be the case.

i wonder if this should be posted on the Bama Board? curious as to what the reaction would be if players there knew this.

Boooo
Bearded Iris and Southern Grist have maybe, MAYBE, two or three taps worth talking about. TailGate has 6 or 7 that are always amazing. Plus they rotate and have new creations every month. I'm not a porter or dark ale guy. I prefer IPAs, sours, and ciders.
Have to give Yazoo and Tennessee Brew Works some love too.
Two or three!?

Big difference between 'sucks' and 'unspectacular'.. He's been solid, but only solid.
He has sucked pretty badly at times. I don't know if I'd call his overall body of work this year solid, but I agree he has played solid a few times.

Maybe it is just a issue with still thinking instead of reacting? Some of those plays early in the season's where on replay you can see him clearly bailing out, sort of sickened me, but I do think he has toughened up some since then.

Well Pruitt has also talked about how some guys on D aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing, so maybe some of it is Warrior trying to overcompensate for those guys?

lol I don't doubt the punch incident but nice excuse for being a sicko that wants to bang 12 yr old girls you loser

Not true. Work in the service industry for a day. Ruth Chris is using the same ingredients and spices as Outback. Higher quality meats and fish most likely, but everything else is nearly identical.
Yep..sticking a higher price tag on something doesn't mean it's any better, but on the other hand, you do usually get what you pay for. Cheap stuff is hardly ever good.

I mean, Mack plead guilty to thinking he was talking to a 14 year old. Am I wrong there?
