You ever just thought about not worrying about the macros and eating like a mad man for a few months. Cutting is obviously down to a science for you. Plenty of dudes get absolutely huge lifting big and eating everything in sight.
There are some quality studies that indicate a faster rate of weight gain just results in more fat. There is a theory that’s floating around now that since fatter people carry more muscle than leaner people , it’s possible that myonuclear addition takes place at the heavier weights. So, by getting huge, and dieting down, the “engine” for the fatty gained muscles would still remain in place and you could lean bulk to a higher point again.
I’m not sure I’m willing to add 30+ pounds for maybe an extra 2 pounds of muscle that would never be noticeable to others, and only to myself when I’m comparing photos.
