He's one game back from the playoffs, that's a far cry from an awful first year. There's plenty to improve upon, that's very evident, but he's in his first stint ever as the head guy. Honestly, with how bad the offensive line has regressed, I'm surprised that we're not doing wore. Conklin isn't even half the player he was before his injury.
