“Rebooting” is a term I absolutely do not want to hear at this stage of the search. We’ve got three guys who would all be upgrades, two of whom Pruitt knows well and would be good fits. If we don’t get any of them, it’s a total disaster.

That having been said, I’m not panicking yet.

Nope. The VQ podcast is extremely negative. I'm not saying Freeze is out yet, but it clearly isn't done. And the longer it drags on the less likely we are to hiring him and the more likely we are to starting completely over or just going with Drinkwitz or Friend
