I just don't think it's how that works. If you think hiring Hugh is a problem, then you hash that out at the beginning. You don't lose out on others by trying to persuade your administration to hire the guy. That would kind of be dumb on Pruitt and Fulmer.

There’s no way Chip goes to Kansas unless his good buddy Pruitt told him he was going in a different direction.

However, there may be a snag with Freeze. And I don’t buy that it’s all on our end. Freeze is a snake and is very likely using our job as leverage for something else - and subsequently using other jobs as leverage over us.

As far as i know freeze is just waiting for the OK from us. There is something Not related to escort scandal that is the hold up. UT is sorting through it.

I really think it’s the buyout. I think we’re standing strong on a buyout to try to keep him here at least 2 years. If that gets done, he’s announced later tonight or tomorrow.
