In this Chaney news the BB win got buried. True story I leave work late and start the car and Barnes is in the end of his post game interview and it's sounding like we only won by a couple the way he's talking, and I am like WTF. Then that wraps up and they announce the score. Realizing it is double digits I laugh at it being typical Barnes, which I love, and then UT network announces the Chaney hire.

All of this an I hadn't left my parking spot yet


Bama drops a deuce on the NC

And UT drops the mic.

Grant isn't leaving early, he came here for education. His mom would kill him if he didn't have a degree.

Admiral & Kyle both seniors, I think each has a chance at being drafted too.

yeah, in the game tonight, it started off very competitive. MO punched us right in the mouth, think we were down, somewhere around 10 midway thru the 1st half. then a few minutes later you look up and we're up 7, then 10, then 14.........and we just never let up. it was really impressive. MO had all the momentum early in the game.

this team just doesn't get rattled. i thinki was more impressed with this game, than i was the GA game. you can trust this basketball team. and we flat dominated the game from the 1/2 way point of hte 1st half on, and that was with Grant Williams not getting his first bucket until like 10 minutes left in the game or something. he was a complete non factor, scoring wise.

we have a damn good basketball team, and it's completely deserving, right now, of every bit of hype it's getting right now.

3 year starter, him winning SEC Player of the year as a sophomore was a pretty big deal since he wasn't a NBA prospect doing the 1 & done thing.

Assuming everyone not graduating returns (Bone could test the waters as well as he is playing) this team only loses 2 regulars in the lineup.

In all this OC search craziness I have found myself not soaking in how good we got it in BB. All eyes on the basketvols cause they a special kind of good we may not see again.
