Great news on CJC. Things are on the up swing for the Vols. Its still a muti year re-build, but this off season shuffling will secure us some much needed stability on the offensive side of the ball for several years going forward.

Think he declares for the draft. He's had some injuries and don't think he can improve his draft stock much if he stays. Not worth the risk. I'm thinking Round 5-6.
