Yeah, I have to think Pruitt will trust Chaney and his experience if he wants to mix it up a little. Chaney was winning the Big Ten as Purdue’s (!) OC when Pruitt was just in his third year as an assistant high school coach.

Maybe 15% of the hits warranted an immediate ejection. Most of the time a guy goes low for the tackle and the ball carrier lowers to meet him. Really needs to be changed.

This can only help with recruiting. We have an inside source in Chaney now. Pruitt will use this to our advantage to recruits

This is purely based on performance, taking into account off the field I'd probably not pick Jancek up.

Could not have picked a more perfect fit:
