To the football dads in here, I signed my kid up for NCSA to help with recruiting. Looking at the upcoming rivals camps. He’s class of 2022. What else can I do to increase exposure? His school is 6A here in MS. He’ll be a 2nd string ILB in a 3-4 to start the season on Varsity. His school films practices and all that good stuff.
keep fighting the good fight Charger....thinking of ya.UPDATE
I appreciate the effort so much but unfortunately, don't believe your cousin will be able to assist.
Returning from the surgeon and apparently the damage covers the entire pancreas. Removal of a portion (I believe is what your cousin had done) is a no-go for me. Another Dr. specialized in a specific procedure followed by a nerve block, seems to be my only possible resort.
But that came with a suggestion of no working until then, so I could eat and deal with the pain that follows (dropped another 6 pounds to 126 this week).
Because of medical bills, not working is absolutely out of the question As is the cost of a trip to a "specialist's specialist" at/near USCjr for treatment, that he wanted to go through.
Dr. Midis is just concerned with my lack of nutrition and the extraordinary weight loss. But I can't pay what I no longer have.
I'll just do what I can and lean on you guys for support during the darker hours.
Again, thank you all so much for allowing me to vent and all of the kind words and prayers!!!
Love ya guys.
I don't know what to think about that. If Hurts isn't coming, that hurts team chemistry unless JG is unseated.
The Tide is leaking...bad.
another Alabama guy headed to Liberty
Liberty: Source tells FootballScoop Hugh Freeze plans to hire Kyle Pope from Alabama’s staff as his new linebackers coach. At Alabama Pope assists with the defensive line. Pope, a linebacker at Jacksonville State, had coaching experience at Jax State, Holmes CC, West Alabama, Presbyterian before joining the staff at Alabama for the past two seasons.
You have a HC in Diaz who has a history of being fired as a coordinator and then rumors of hiring an OC in Tee who was fired as well. Of course, they were both at big schools. But, I don't think you would find any such scenario at any SEC school. In fact, I don't think there are any SEC coaches that were fired as coordinators, and only two who have been fired as head coaches. They may be fine, but that just doesn't sound strong to me.
Miami is a weird program that obsesses over ties to the area and culture which is a really overrated thing imo. It makes you disqualify great candidates Bc of stuff that doesn’t matter. They should’ve hired babers, Leach, holgerson etc someone that would use all the athletes down there and open up that offense. It’s miami, it’s not that damn hard to recruit there.
You'd have to think with the extreme success they've had, it'd catch up to them somehow, someway.
I think the stories of their demise is greatly over-exaggerated, and even with all their assistants, coordinators, and draft-eligible players leaving, they'll still cash in 10-win seasons at minimum for the next three years.
But maybe, (being a hopeful Vols fan here, meaning I'm stupid) just maybe, this will be like a death-by-1000-papercuts kind of thing. The system is overheating. Year after year of a whole new coaching staff under Saban is finally starting to unravel the program, as everyone starts going to Tuscaloosa solely for their own aspirations, rather than for the team.
Fingers crossed.
