You can’t speak for what she wants.... I know if I coached a major college team..... I would constantly be looking how to fix my teams problems and issues.... quitting would be the last thing on my mind.... The person that needs to make a move is Phil as he is the one that over looks the program.

It is my opinion. You are right, though, I do not know what she wants. Her record speaks for itself. She will continue to set records here if she stays. They will just be the wrong kind of records.
